Studio FAQs

  • Please allow time to park your vehicle. Free parking is available on Front Street, in the municipal parking lot located at 3rd Street and Adams Street, 3rd Street, 4th Street, or 5th Street.

  • Please try to arrive 10 minutes before the start of class to give yourself enough time to check in and settle your belongings.

With safety and the group experience in mind, students are not permitted to enter class 5 minutes after the start time. If you are running late within 5 minutes of class starting, please call the studio so we can hold your spot. If we do not hear from you, we will assume you are not coming and release your spot to a waitlsted student.

  • We suggest wearing breathable, comfortable exercise clothing that is free of buttons, snaps, and zippers. Wear tighter fitting tops and pants that don’t hang or move in a way that obstructs your teacher’s view of your form.

We have a “No Shoe Policy” inside our Yoga, Pilates and specialized rooms. Please leave shoes at the door or in designated areas.

Long hair should be tied back and jewelry should be removed. Out of respect for others with allergies or other sensitivities, please do not wear strong fragrances.

For Pilates, we require grippy socks to be worn at all times. You are welcome to bring your own, and we also have them available for purchase at the studio.

For Yoga, we have mats and props available for use.

  • No, unfortunately our studio does not have showers. We do have restrooms that you can change in before or after class.

There is a filtered water fountain outside of the studio for filling bottles, and we also sell bottled water in our shop.

  • Yes, for the safety of a still-developing musculoskeletal system, the minimum age for group classes is 16. 16 and 17-year-olds must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver in order to register. We do accept younger clients for private sessions on a case-by-case basis to create a program tailored to their needs.

  • Pregnant clients are welcome to join our group classes as long as they have their doctor’s approval. If you are new to Pilates, we strongly encourage you to take a private session before joining any Pilates group class. We ask that you let the teachers know that you are pregnant before class starts, so we can suggest modifications and variations to your workout. For Pilates, pregnant clients in their third trimester may take private sessions only.
